Prato makes a unique Fitover. We use an expensive frame material called TR-90 that is both durable and flexible and virtually unbreakable. Most fitovers are thick, stiff and too heavy which makes for an uncomfortable fit. The thinner design of our frame and temples produces a lightweight (only 1.2 ounces) sunglass that fits most head sizes. Now for the bad news. We don’t recommend that you wear our fitovers to afternoon tea at the country club. They do have to fit over your prescription glasses and are necessarily a little on the ugly side. They can handle frames up 5.7 inches wide and 2 inches tall
